Annual Travel Gold Card

American Express: Gold Delta Sky Miles or blue?

What would you suggest and why? I like the blue because there are rewards and no annual fee. I like Gold Delta SkyMiles because I love to travel, and I would really have airfaire discounts. There is a $ 95 annual fee for that card however. Dan Miller Is Blue heaven as a reward? Does anyone have one or? Can you tell me some of the rewards? I appreciate any feedback, thank you very much!

I went with Blue rewards. It's so hard to earn and use miles in the sky these days, more restriction. I can win cash and have no annual fee. that is fine with me. I pay an annual fee in any of my credit cards. Shop around and not jump to the first offer. Get what is right for you. See also your bank and local credit unions. Credit unions usually have lower interest rates.

How I can get from Rome to Urbania Italy?

I will travel to Italy this summer and I'm trying to figure out how to move. I can get in Rome to Pesaro by train, but after that I take a bus from Pesaro to Urbino and then another to Urbania. The problem is that I can not find a timetable for the bus anywhere on the Internet, so I can not plan my trip! Does anyone know where to find the schedule?

You can find bus schedules to, from and within Urbino here: http://www.adriabus.eu/. Hours between Pesaro, Urbino and Urbania are here: http://www.adriabus.eu/viewdoc.asp?CO_ID=4556 Urbino – Urbania Urbino is line # 15 – Pesaro is the line number 25 or CS/CD/46 Note that Autolinee Bucci is scheduled buses that go directly from Rome Urbino. There are only a couple one day out of Rome Tiburtina station, but are pleasant and they have access. There is a link on the right side of the website above.

Rich destinations like San Antonio, Costa Rica or the Yucatan Peninsula provide opportunities for groups students to experience the wonders of these countries while learning about their language and customs.

San Antonio, Texas, is one of the most beautiful and culturally rich cities in the United States, where groups of students can explore the relations between Mexico and the U.S. and dive into the adventures local social, cultural and linguistic.

Imagine the fun and the connections made to students participating in a dance class at the Institute of Mexico, where he also have the opportunity to examine the works of local artists. Later, they can experience the famous River Walk in San Antonio with a Mexican dinner cruise. The Paseo del Rio in the heart of downtown, is the pride of the city. River cruisers travel the RiverWalk three miles of exclusive shops, restaurants and nightclubs. A visit San Antonio also includes a visit with students at the University of Mexico who are trying to perfect their English skills. Further Adventures in Spanish are available with visits to places of interest such as the Spanish Governor's Palace at the Alamo, Natural Bridge Caverns, and the study of a blind artist of international renown.

In addition, visiting students come away with a better understanding of Texas history and popular culture, the increase in new recognition for architecture Texas with visits to various missions (including the Alamo), and create their own works of Mexican art.

An immersion trip to Costa Rica offers students the opportunity to practice their Spanish skills and interact with the Costa Ricans. Students will gain confidence as they meet with residents of communities and small towns who are eager to welcome and communicate with them in their mother tongue.

Student groups can also learn about the geographic diversity and beauty of Costa Rica with a visit to Arenal Volcano National Park, hot springs and the famous Reserve Monteverde Cloud Forest. Visitors cross the hanging bridges Selvatura and take a canopy tour on zip-line above the treetops where wildlife and natural habitats abound. The adventure also includes trips to Manuel Antonio National Park with its unusual combination of white sand beach and evergreen forests. En route, visitors observe country life with a visit to a traditional farm in Costa Rica. And imagine the surprise that one experiences while watching one of the largest colonies of crocodiles in Costa Rica in the river Tárcoles.

In addition to the interconnection Costa Rica to cultural travel groups to learn about the region's variety of flora and fauna, visit local artists, and enjoy popular activities such as rafting, horseback riding, and beach activities.

visits of students find new inspiration for learning with a rich cultural trip in Yucatan, Mexico Peninsula. Not only work on their conversational skills in Spanish, but also explore the wild beauty of the natural environment of Mexico.

Visitors are familiar with two wonderful Cenotes located in a small village. The cenotes, or wells, underground rivers, where they have broken through the rock layer limestone soil. A ride in carts pulled by horses leads students in the jungle to visit and swim in the Cenotes beautiful, clear.

Conversation in Spanish is also a highlight of the program, when students meet with a local Spanish teacher and then enjoy a walking tour of Merida, the capital of state of Yucatan. At night, the traditional dance of the Yucatan peninsula, the Jarana, is an exciting show.

No visit to Yucatan is complete without a visit to the Mayan archaeological zone of Uxmal, where the 115-foot-high Pyramid of the Magician and the Governor's House are amazing wonders to behold.

Student tours also include the Spanish culture in Yucatan, learning the craft and culinary arts of the country, learning Latin dance steps with a specialist sauce, and snorkeling in fresh water lagoons of Xel-Ha.

Travel Geneva

Are the particles in the Hadron Collider in Geneva technically traveling faster than the speed of light?

right, listen. obviously would break one of the fundamental rules of the universe, I'm not scientist, but here we go. the particles travel to three meters per second slower than the speed of light. But you have to add this speed in some 66000 mph at which Earth orbits the Sun? in that case would be faster than the speed of light. I say this as just a thought, but not break one of the laws of the universe?

As someone else said, No. speeds not simply add. When it comes things that move very fast to use: V = (u + v) / (1 + v * u / c ^ 2) Suppose a particle is the light so that u = c (o v. Equation is symmetric in U and V). V = (c + v) / (1 + c * v / c ^ 2) = (c + v) / (1 + v / c) = c (c + v) / (cv +) = c So do not Whatever Speed is another, the sum will always be c. Suppose I have a spaceship traveling at 0.5 c relative to the earth (rotation forget, etc) and shoot a rocket in the direction movement in 0.5c. How fast would someone standing on the ground see? Simple addition tells + 0.5 c 0.5 c = c, which is the speed of light. This is wrong. V = (0,5 c + 0,5 c) / (1 + 0.5 * 0.5) = c / (1.25) = (4 / 5) c So someone on the ground would measure the speed the rocket as 4 / 5 speed of light. Adding speed is an observation at low speeds, the daily experience, so it is advisable to expand at all speeds and at speeds near at the speed of light are far from the data that we base our concept of adding velocities. NOTE. If you are familiar with high school algebra, then you can understand how the formula for the sum of velocities is derived. You do not need higher mathematics or know anything about the curvature of space, etc comes from relativity special and that is a theory that can be easily understood. The hard part is to accept one of the postulates that form the basis for the theory and that is the fact that light in a vacuum have the same speed no matter what the source or observer is moving relative to each other. This is not just something that Einstein invented, but rather a deduction of the negative results of several experiments done to measure the velocity of the earth through the ether. "ether was a substance that people thought was needed for the propagation of light, a kind of air to the sound or water waves of the sea. If there was then the speed of light must be with respect the ether and we should be able to measure our speed relative to the ether by measuring the speed of light in various directions, etc. However, all experiments have provided negative – we can not measure this movement – and several systems are invented to explain this. This is where the length contracting is one way to explain it is if things physically shrink in the direction of motion. However, Einstein had much greater knowledge and postulated that the speed of light in vacuum was invariant and went from there to develop the theory of special relativity including length contraction as a byproduct of the theory. But this is only one apparent contraction caused by the use of different coordinate systems to measure distances and not actual physical contraction as originally proposed. Thus things that seem strange to obtain the relativity of the speed of light is invariant. If a flashlight and measure the speed of light I 3×10 ^ 8 m / s. If someone is flying in a spacecraft moving at 3 / 4 the speed of light about me, they will also measure the same speed for the beam of the flashlight. Common sense tells us we can simply add speed but this is only because common sense is based on experiences that participation rates are insignificant compared with that of light. Therefore, you should be able to accept that a small fact: the invariant value of the speed of light in a vacuum. All these other things – the length of contraction time dilation, another way of adding velocities – the spring of this fact a bit.

Train Travel San Diego California

How much would a train ticket cost …?

From Union Station in Chicago to a station in San Diego California? Is it rather than a plane ticket? Advantages of rail travel?

Well for a train ride would be a very long trip (about 2 days) for coach I think it's about $ 200 (no room for Amtrak, which is the only system that makes long distance). With the advantages of it, you can admire the landscape en route. Know new people and you have moved but kept the chair for six hours. If you want long and relaxing (but expensive) to go with the train. Airplane For a busy person.
